I want people to hang out with while I run PVE content, for the most part. I also expect a guild to be willing to teach me how to break into the dungeon/fractal scene and intro me in any dungeon mechanics I need to know, because I'm a level 80 scrub.

Best case scenario is that I find a guild that doesn't mind joining me for story quests while I clear them out of my journal. Because uuuuurgh, I want my compass back.

Sounds like Vanquish can be a good fir for you, but you don't know until you have tried hehe

A big part of the Vanquishers is doing Fractals, the dungeons you will prolly experience a little bit less since they changed the rewards of them. But a shout in guildchat will prolly help and before you know it you have a group.
